Event Schedule
Move-in Monday, Sept. 30 from 1 to 5 p.m.
Move-in event day, Tuesday, 8 to 10 a.m.
Expo Hall open, 11a.m. to 4 p.m.
Expo Hall break down, 4-6 p.m.

Your Booth
You are provided pipe & black draping (3-feet on sides & 8-feet on back) and a small sign. Everything else including carpet, table, chairs, electrical, etc. needs to be ordered through Brede. Contact is Sharon Sandvik 612.378.6522, sharon.sandvik@brede.com. Deadline for best pricing: Sept. 17.

New Technology 

Hospitality Minnesota will be using a web-based platform to create a unique and custom event website. This new tool will provide added value and enhancements for participating exhibitors and attendees including Exhibitor List, Agenda and access to Attendee list post-event.

For Attendees:

• Each attendee can access exhibitor listings to learn more about your organization. The interactive booth map will list exhibitor name and by clicking, an attendee will be directed your company’s website
• An interactive “passport" game on day of show. Attendees will accumulate ‘digital stamps’ by having their name badge scanned at each booth. Attendees acquire digital stamps for the opportunity to win prizes

For Exhibitors:

• Inclusion in a detailed exhibitor listing leading up to and day of the event that attendees can access
• Benefit from interactive passport game that drives traffic to your booth (detailed above)
• Collect contact details by scanning attendee badge (exhibitor must download a simple QR code scanner on non-Apple device)
• Opportunity for an exhibitor to take notes about an attendee visit and access those notes for 3 months post-event
• Access to attendee profiles via directory
