CANCELLATION POLICY: All registrations and sales are final. There will be no refunds.

PRIVACY POLICY: HM Expo organizers collect necessary contact information required to facilitate your participation in the event. Attendee names, titles and company name will be shared on our attendee page once registered.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO: Photographs and/or video may be taken and utilized for marketing purposes. By nature of your attendance, you are granting permission for your image to be used for our promotion purposes as we see fit. Photography by an exhibitor or an attendee is prohibited.

SOLICITATION: Please note that while all Trade Show attendees are invited to the exhibit floor, however any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company's booth, will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Companies purchasing multiple booths must exhibit products produced, distributed or sold by the registered company. Booths may not display, distribute or sell products by non- registered companies in partnership with others. Resale of booth space or sub-leasing of space is prohibited, no refunds will be given.

MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age of all attendees is 18.

MEMBERSHIP RATES: Membership will be verified and payment will be adjusted if necessary.
